Hotel Group Operations Manager

I manage the operations for our group of 12 hotels across the UK.  This is varied role that covers hospitality standards, health & safety, recruitment and training.
I obtained my degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure and worked in the hotel and catering industry until changing disciplines to accountancy.  I trained and qualified whilst working for Norwich City Football Club before joining the UK Holiday Group initially as the Hotel Finance Manager.
